    Every applicant passes a six-point check: income, credit, criminal, eviction history, landlord references, and ID verification. Less than 2 % of our placed tenants default on rent.

  • When do I receive my money each month?

    Owner payouts are sent by ACH within two business days of rent clearing our trust account—along with a detailed income/expense statement in your online portal.

  • Can I still use my preferred contractor?
